Return Policy
We are confident you will love your order from All About Me as much as we love sending them.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can return the items for a voucher code within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return on clothing, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Instructions

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number.
Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.
Return Shipping
We do not currently offer paid returns, meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return.
We always suggest using a tracked service for your return so that you have proof of sending if it gets lost.

Since I print on demand, please double-check your order before purchasing. If it hasn’t already gone into the print queue (usually within 1 hour of ordering), you might be able to cancel or change it.
For any changes or cancellations of personalised/custom orders, get in touch with me ASAP.
At this time, I can't accept returns or refunds on wall art prints.
Certain other items can’t be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), interior products, vintage, up-cycled creations, accessories, and all my other unique stuff.
If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please feel free to reach out!
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Issues
Oh no, that's not great you got issues? Haven’t we all babes?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing.
Please take a photo so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit note was approved.
If approved, we will send you the voucher code.
Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable when returning a clothing item.
